| I ordered the 9ft. canopy replacement in hunter green and realized after I received it, that there were only 6 ribs and not 8 ribs. It was my mistake. I immediately called the 800 number for advise on what to do. I contacted Formosa Covers and returned the canopy with a note inside the box explaining that I wanted to exchange the 6-ribs with an 8-ribs. The 9x8 canopy arrived a few days later. Even if I had to pay for the shipping cost for sending the first umbrella canopy back, the second shipment was free. I am very happy with the professional service provided and the clear communication. It is the best value there is for the money. |
